Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a powerful therapeutic approach designed to help the mind naturally process and heal from difficult experiences. While it’s best known for using guided eye movements, EMDR can also involve techniques such as tapping or auditory cues to safely access and reprocess stuck emotions and memories.
This is one of the highly effective treatments I offer, and many of my clients have experienced positive, lasting results. Originally developed for trauma, EMDR is now widely used to support a range of issues including anxiety, phobias, low self-esteem, grief, and performance blocks.
EMDR can also work incredibly well alongside hypnotherapy for weight loss, helping to address emotional eating patterns, food-related triggers, and subconscious cravings. Many people find it invaluable in breaking the emotional and habitual connections to smoking or vaping, reducing cravings, and supporting long-term behavioural change.
When combined with hypnotherapy for self-healing and pain management, EMDR has the potential to release the emotional intensity attached to certain memories, habits, or limiting beliefs. This creates space for greater calm, clarity, and healthier choices.

I offer online sessions for clients worldwide and face-to-face consultations in the West Midlands area, primarily in Knowle, Solihull. Recordings are available to reinforce the hypnosis process.
Background music is carefully selected to complement the issue at hand, incorporating specific sounds and frequencies that resonate with the body and mind to promote either manifestation, healing or relaxation.
